Vehicle Database
See each manufacturer’s truck and van together. Their bodies share a family name, but specifications and equipment can differ; check the guide status and match details to the actual chassis.
Mitsubishi Family

Minicab
The Minicab spans several truck and van generations. Start with the chassis plate, then check the body, engine and equipment against the correct Mitsubishi record before comparing listings.

Minicab Van
Mitsubishi's 1999 sixth-generation Minicab Van uses a semi-cab layout and rear sliding doors. Its 2,390 mm wheelbase differs from the same-generation truck; the rear seats fold to create a flat cargo area.
Suzuki Family

Carry
The Suzuki Carry buyer's guide starts with two distinct generations: the 1991 truck and the larger 1999 redesign. Use the chassis code and trim to choose the right specifications and service information.

Every
The tenth-generation Suzuki Every launched in 1999 as a commercial high-roof van, with passenger-focused Every Wagon treated as a separate line. Chassis codes, engine aspiration, drivetrain and trim matter.
Honda Family

Acty
Honda's 1999 Acty Truck uses a mid-engine layout, with the engine between the axles. Confirm the grade and drivetrain: the launch range included 2WD, real-time 4WD and a separate ATTACK version.

Acty Van
Honda's redesigned Acty Van launched in June 1999 with a mid-engine/rear-drive basis, high roof and dual sliding doors. The launch lineup included four-seat vans and two-seat cargo variants; cargo length and equipment differ by grade.
Subaru Family

Sambar
Subaru's historical Sambar uses a rear-engine layout. The 1990 and 1999 redesigns are useful reference points, but the engine, transmission and drive equipment still need to be matched to the truck's chassis.

Sambar Van
The 1999 Subaru Sambar Van retained the family's rear-engine layout and four-wheel independent suspension. Cargo Van and passenger-oriented Dias were separate configurations; verify engine, drivetrain and seating against the chassis and grade.
Daihatsu Family

Hijet
The Hijet name covers both trucks and vans. Daihatsu's 1994 and 1999 generation history helps identify the starting point, but truck, Cargo and special-body specifications should be checked separately.

Hijet Cargo
Daihatsu launched the ninth-generation Hijet Cargo in January 1999 as a newly named, fully redesigned van. It adopted a semi-cab-over layout while the paired Hijet Truck remained full-cab; verify their specifications and import eligibility separately.
